Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TeamForce ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TeamForce provides software for sports clubs to create and manage team websites, including roster, schedule, results, and standings features. The Service is provided free of charge during the current testing period. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Your content

You own the content you upload — logos, player data, match results. By publishing it through TeamForce, you grant us a limited license to display it as part of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including player photos.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to copy the Service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or data loss. We recommend keeping your own copies of important team records.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your team site will be taken offline and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamForce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius.
