TeamForce is a sports team website builder operated from Vilnius, Lithuania. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
  • Team data — team name, logo, player names, match results, and other content you enter into TeamForce.
  • Usage data — browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs.

3. Why we collect it

  • To create and maintain your account and team site (contract performance — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To send transactional emails such as contact form replies (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To improve the service and diagnose technical issues (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

  • Google — for sign-in via Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
  • Fly.io — our cloud hosting provider. Your data is stored on servers in the EU.
  • Gmail / SMTP — used to deliver contact form replies and account notifications.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Team data that has been made publicly visible may remain cached in search engines beyond this period.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies

TeamForce uses only session cookies required for login. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of TeamForce after changes constitutes acceptance.
